REFUND POLICY
At Genabelle, we want you to feel confident in your skincare purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, product(s) must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In their original packaging (including protective seals, if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Due to hygiene and safety standards for cosmetic product(s), we cannot accept returns of opened or used item(s) unless they are defective.

Product(s) purchased as part of a set or bundle must be returned in their entirety to be eligible for a refund. Individual items within a set cannot be returned separately, and partial refunds will not be issued.

We offer FREE returns for all eligible orders. If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following item(s) are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used product(s)

  • Special order(s) or personalized/custom product(s)

  • Item(s) classified as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Product(s) listed as Clearance Sale are non-refundable.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact our customer care team before sending it back.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

REFUNDS
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Any misuse or abuse of our return policy may result in the suspension of your account and any associated accounts.

Genabelle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine eligibility for returns and refunds, including the approval and amount of any refund issued. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund or decline an order if we believe the activity to be suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of our policies.
